By downloading, installing, or using the Rimawari application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Rimawari is a personal investment portfolio management tool that allows users to track, record, and analyze their financial investments, including stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, commodities, and indices. The App is provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only.

The information displayed in Rimawari — including asset prices, portfolio valuations, performance metrics, dividend estimates, and analytics — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
Rimawari is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment service. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on data provided by the App.
User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
User Data and Content
You retain ownership of any data you enter into the App (transactions, portfolios, custom rules, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input. We do not verify the accuracy of user-entered information.
Market Data
Market data displayed in the App (prices, charts, performance) is sourced from third-party providers.
This data may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems
- Use the App to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with Rimawari are the property of their respective owners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:
- Updating the effective date at the top of this document
- Sending an in-app notification
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
